Price Information
Our experienced and professional lawyers will assess your situation and give you an estimate of the cost of handling your case. Typically, a lawyer’s pricing will consist of the number of hours spent on the case or a separately agreed fee.
Legal costs can also be covered through insurance for legal expenses or you might have possibility to state-funded legal aid. Feel free to contact us and let us help you!

It is possible to agree on a fixed price in advance.
The hourly rate can be up to 30 % higher if the assignment is exceptionally difficult and requires special expertice, the assignment is performed outside regular business hours, and/or particularly urgently.
Travel costs, authority fees, and other compulsory extra costs will be added. We reserve the right to make changes.

- The first discussion to clarify the situation with the client is free of charge.
- We will charge the client on an hourly basis starting from the first meeting.
Individuals
Price ListÂ

- For the purpose of billing, the amount of time spent on the task will be rounded to the nearest
quarter hour, the smallest billable unit being 15 minutes.. - However, the smallest billable unit for a face-to-face or remote meeting is 60 minutes.
- We will charge 250 euros for a reserved meeting which has not been cancelled in due time.
- The cancellation must be made by 4 oÂŽclock the day before the meeting.
- Prices incl. vat 24%

For Individuals
The Insurance for the Legal Expenses
Home insurance for individuals almost always includes a legal expenses insurance, which typically covers a large part of litigation costs.
Company legal expenses insurance also often covers litigation costs. Usually, the client will have to cover approximately 10 % of the final costs.
At Kaspian Law & Consulting Oy, we will always check the coverage of your legal expenses insurance on your behalf.
For Individuals
State-funded legal aid
Depending on your financial circumstances and the case in question, you may also be eligible for state-funded legal aid.
If you are entitled to legal aid, the state will cover your legal fees partially or in full.
At Kaspian Law & Consulting Oy, we will always check your right to legal aid and make the application on your behalf.
